한국연구재단의 등재지 <문화와 사회>는 한국문화사회학회가 연 3회, 4월 30일, 8월 31일, 12월 31일에 발간하는 전문학술지로 투고와 발행에 관한 모든 것은 <문화와 사회> 투고 및 발행 규정에 따른다. 원고 제출 및 게재 절차는 다음과 같다.

1. <문화와 사회>에 투고하는 논문은 사회학적 통찰력과 이론적 독창성을 지닌 것으로 다른 지면에 발표되지 않은 것이어야 한다.

2. 원고는 연중 수시로 접수한다. 단, 4월 30일에 발간되는 책에 실릴 원고 마감일은 2월 15일, 8월 31일에 발간되는 책에 실릴 원고 마감일은 6월 15일, 12월 31일에 발간되는 책에 실릴 원고 마감일은 10월 15일이다. (단, 원고 마감일은 수정되거나 변경될 수 있음)

3. 원고 투고 시 모든 저자(공동저자 포함)는 당해 연회비를 납부한 “일반회원(정회원)”이어야 한다.

• 일반회원 중 “준회원”과 연회비를 납부하지 않는 무료회원인 “웹회원”은 원고를 투고할 수 없다.

• 단, 평생회원의 경우 연회비를 납부한 것으로 간주한다.

4. 원고 투고는 원칙적으로 석사학위 이상의 학력을 소지한 자로 제한한다.

5. 원고 투고시 논문 심사료는 다음과 같다

•전임(교수, 연구원 등 정규직)인 경우: 6만원

•비전임(대학원생 등 비정규직)인 경우: 3만원

6. 원고는 아래의 작성 요강에 따라 ‘아래아 한글’로 작성한다. 이 요강을 따르지 않은 원고는 수정을 위해 저자에게 반송할 수 있다.

7. 완성한 원고는 학회 홈페이지에서 온라인으로 투고한다.

•논문 투고는 학회 홈페이지(http://www.socul.or.kr)에 회원가입 후 로그인 하여 홈페이지 화면 좌측에 있는 온라인 논문투고 배너를 클릭하여 한국문화사회학회 온라인 투고/심사 시스템에 접속한다.

•온라인투고/심사 시스템 접속 후 한국연구재단 ID로 로그인하여 회원가입 신청한다.

•회원가입 승인이 되면, 위 시스템 첫 페이지의 상단 <학술지> 클릭 후 <논문제출>란에 원고를 업로드한다.

•원고 제출 시 한국문화사회학회 원고 집필 요령(학회 홈페이지 참조 http:// www.socul.or.kr)을 반드시 준수해야 한다.

• 또한 연구자는 연구윤리 준수를 위하여 연구윤리준수서약서, 저작권 동의서, KCI문헌유사도검사 결과를 원고 제출 시 함께 제출해야 한다.

8. 접수한 원고는 ?문화와 사회? 투고 및 발행규정에 따라 편집위원회가 선정한 심사위원 3인의 심사를 거친다. 심사위원은 투고된 논문과 관련된 분야의 전문가로 선정한다.

9. 논문 투고자는 특정 심사자 1인을 배제할 수 있으며, 배제를 원할 경우 편집위원회에 이를 요청하여야 한다.

10. 판정 결과는 (1) ‘게재 가능’, (2) ‘수정 후 게재’, (3) ‘수정 후 재심’, (4) ‘게재 불가’로 한다. 판정 결과에 대한 세부사항은 다음과 같다.

1) ‘게재 불가’ 판정 시 구체적인 사유를 심사평에 명시한다.

2) ‘수정 후 재심’ 판정을 받은 논문에 대한 사항은 다음과 같다.

• 수정된 논문을 1심의 의견에 대한 답변 및 수정 요지를 참고하여 심사한다.

• 재심은 1심에서 ‘재심’이나 ‘불가’로 판정한 심사자가 우선적으로 심사한다.

• 2심에서도 ‘수정 후 재심’으로 판정되면 재심 여부는 편집위원회에서 결정한다.

• 2개월 이상 수정논문을 제출하지 않는 경우, 편집위원회는 해당 논문을 ‘게재불가’로 판정하고 게재를 거부할 수 있다. 단, 투고자가 미제출 사유를 소명하는 경우를 예외로 한다. (이 규정은 소급적용함)

3) ‘수정 후 게재’는 심사자의 수정 지시에 따라 수정한 경우 게재를 허락한다. 편집위원회는 수정 지시가 제대로 이행되었는지 확인하고 논문의 게재 여부를 확정한다.

11. 논문심사 결과에 대한 판정은 아래의 기준을 따른다.

12. 심사위원 3인의 평가가 완료되면, 편집위원회는 총평을 등록하여 투고자가 평가의견을 확인할 수 있도록 한다.

13. 저자가 심사자의 의견을 수용할 수 없는 경우, 그 사유를 서면으로 편집위원회에 제출하면 편집위원회는 이를 참고하여 새로운 심사자를 선정할 수 있다. 새로 선정된 심사자에게는 재심이라는 사실을 알리지 않는다.

14. 판정결과는 특별한 사정이 없는 한 1개월 이내에 저자에게 전자우편으로 통보한다.

15. 게재가 확정된 논문은 출판 일정을 감안하여 가장 빠른 시일 내에 발간하는 호에 게재한다. 게재할 논문이 많을 경우 편집위원회는 논문 게재 시기를 조정하고 저자에게 그 사실을 전자우편으로 알린다.

16. 투고한 원고가 “게재 확정”이 되면, 저자는 논문 게재료를 학회에 제출해야 한다.

•논문 게재료:

(1) 연구지원금을 받은 경우 40만원

(2) 연구지원금이 없는 경우 전임(정규직) 20만원, 비전임(비정규직) 10만원

Guideline for Manuscript Submission to Korean Journal of Cultural Sociology

Korean Journal of Cultural Sociology, a journal working to be registered with the National Research Foundation of Korea, is an academic journal published three times a year on April 30, August 31 and December 31 by the Korean Association for Cultural Sociology. Submission and publishing of papers are to follow the regulations on submission and publishing of Korean Journal of Cultural Sociology.

The process of submitting and publishing papers is as follows.

• 1. Papers submitted to the Korean Journal of Cultural Sociology are to show sociological insight and theoretical uniqueness and should not have been presented in other printed materials.
  
  
• 2. Papers are accepted throughout the year. Only, the deadline for papers is April 5 for issues published on May 31 and October 5 for those published on November 30.
  
  
• 3. When submitting papers, the first author (corresponding author) should be a “general (special) member.” Later, once the paper is “confirmed for publication,” the co-author(s) should also become a “general (special) member(s).”

• 7. Submitted papers will be reviewed by three reviewers selected by the editorial board according to the submission and publishing regulations of Korean Journal of Cultural Sociology. The reviewers are to be selected from experts in the fields of the submitted papers.
  
  
• 8. The review results are to be categorized into the following four: (1) “Can be published as it is,” (2) “To be published after minor revision,” (3) “To be reviewed again after major revision,” (4) “Cannot be published.” The details of the review results are as follows.
• • 1) If ruled “cannot be published as it is,” the reviewers are to state in detail the reasons in their reviews.
  • 2) Papers revised after being ruled “to be reviewed again after major revision,” are to be reviewed again by referring to the answers and amendment points stated during the first review. The second review is to be reviewed a priori by reviewers who have ruled “review again” or “cannot be published” during the first review. Only, if the author cannot accept the opinion of the reviewers and submits the reasons in writing to the editorial board, the board can refer to it to newly selected reviewers. To the newly selected reviewers, the fact that the paper is being reviewed for a second time is not to be disclosed. If a paper is ruled again as “to be reviewed again after major revision” during the second review, it will be finally ruled as “cannot be published.”
  • 3) “To be published after minor revision” are papers that can be published only after being revised according to amendments indicated by the reviewers. The editorial board is to check whether revision has been properly carried out and confirm whether to publish the paper.
    
    
• 9. The ruling results are to be reported by email to the author(s) within a month unless special circumstances exist.
  
  
• 10. Papers confirmed for publication are to be published in the relevant issue as soon as possible in view of the publishing schedule. If there are too many papers to be published, the editorial board may adjust the paper publishing period and inform this to the author by email.
  
  
• 11. Once a submitted paper is “confirmed for publication,” the author is to pay the publishing fee to the association.

    • (2) KRW 200,000 for full-time regular researchers or professors and KRW 100,000 for temporary researchers and professors if the research was not funded.
